Our Bystronic type press brake tooling, are made of high quality Italian steel:

Our punches and dies are provided complete with deep induction hardnening ( 55-60 HRC ) and ground on the working areas, in order to ensure the better accuracy and duration.. The use of modern machinery allows us to guarantee a very high level of precision ( tollerance +/- 0,01 mm ).
Inside our e-shop you can find a wide range of standard press brake tools available on stock. On demand we can provide standard modified tools according to your needs ( segmentation, angle, radius, etc ) and special tooling.

- Nitriding - This treatment is recommended for the lower dies to facilitate the sliding of the galvanized sheet. The result is the optimization of tool maintenance

- Nitriding + Phosphating - better sliding of the sheet and no rust.
