Bending tool steel
Our press brake tools are manufactured using the following materials:
- C45 Steel
- C45 tempered Steel
- 42CrMo4 tempered Steel
All our tools are induction hardened ( 55-60 HRC ) and ground to reach a very accurate tolerance level ( +/- 0.01 mm ), each item is also subjected to an accurate quality control. CAD Technologies offers you the possibility to purchase through-hardened Amada-type tools, in full compliance with the manufacturer's standard. Our quality standards allow a perfect tool alignment and an excellent bending result. Upon request, our bending tools can be nitrided to reach a surface hardness of 64 HRC, as well as phosphated.
