Our punches and dies are provided complete with deep induction hardnening ( 55-60 HRC ) and ground on the working areas, in order to ensure the better accuracy and duration. . The use of modern machinery allows us to guarantee a very high level of precision ( tollerance +/- 0,01 mm ).

Inside our e-shop you can find a wide range of standard press brake tools available on stock. On demand we can provide standard modified tools according to your needs ( segmentation, angle, radius, etc ) and special tooling. The fast lock button is included with the punches < 12,5 kg.

Our Trumpf / Wila style tools can be installed on the following press brakes:

Trumpf, Safan, Darley, LVD and every press brake equipped with hydraulic clamping system Wila or Wilson Tool style.

SPECIAL TREATMENTS ON DEMAND FOR PUNCHES AND DIES:

• Nitriding - This treatment is recommended for the lower dies to facilitate the sliding of the galvanized sheet. The result is the optimization of tool maintenance
• Phosphating - no rust solution
• Nitriding + Phosphating - better sliding of the sheet and no rust.
